Shipping & Return Policy

Please read before returning merchandise.

You must contact us and obtain a RMA # prior to returning an item for refund or exchange. Please follow the steps in starting your return process.

1. Email us and describe the item you are returning. Please include the Order # and reason for return or exchange. When your return is authorized, we will email you a RMA#.

2. Please package the item, include a copy of the invoice in the box. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box.

3. Send the package to our address listed on the contact us page. We are not responsible for lost shipments. Please keep all shipment tracking information.

4. Please allow a 5 business days processing time for us to verify the content of the box and properly process your returns.
